AugmentAI Responsibility Model

  1. We build on enterprise AI platforms with built-in safety and abuse-prevention guardrails, including Microsoft Azure and select third-party providers.
  2. We require users to affirm content rights and consent before uploads or transformations.
  3. We clearly indicate when content is AI-generated or AI-modified.
  4. We provide channels to report misuse and request remediation.
  5. We respond to credible reports with defined enforcement actions.

Technology, Ethical AI and Safety Practices

  1. Azure AI safety guardrails
    AugmentAI utilizes Microsoft Azure services for artificial intelligence and content generation, including:

    • Azure DALL·E for image generation,
    • Sora for AI video generation,
    • OpenAI large language models via Azure OpenAI, and
    • Other Azure-hosted AI models developed or deployed by AugmentAI.

    All Azure-based models and services used by AugmentAI are subject to Microsoft’s enterprise AI safety, compliance, and content-filtering guardrails, applied at the platform, deployment, and infrastructure levels. These guardrails are designed to detect and mitigate unsafe, abusive, misleading, or harmful content, including misuse involving deepfakes, impersonation, explicit material, and violence.

  2. D-ID video animation technologies
    For talking avatars and video animation features, AugmentAI integrates with D-ID. D-ID operates on enterprise cloud infrastructure and enforces its own safety, moderation, and abuse-prevention guardrails using underlying technologies such as AWS and/or Azure. By using these features, you affirm that you are over eighteen (18) years of age and that you have the necessary rights and consent to use any media you upload. You agree not to use these services to harass, impersonate, deceive, or otherwise harm any person.
  3. Watermarking and AI labeling
    To promote transparency and provenance, AugmentAI applies an AI or AugmentAI-branded logo to images uploaded to or generated through our AI tools, except where provider-specific requirements (for example, Sora video outputs) prohibit such marking. This labeling is intended to inform viewers that the content is AI-generated or AI-modified and does not transfer or expand intellectual property rights.
  4. Code of Conduct
    You agree to use AugmentAI in a lawful, respectful, and non-abusive manner. This includes, without limitation:

    • No generation or distribution of content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or violent;
    • No impersonation of real individuals (including public figures) or creation of deceptive synthetic media;
    • No infringement of copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or publicity rights;
    • No attempts to bypass, disable, or interfere with platform safety or moderation systems.
  5. AugmentAI.com Statement on Ethical AI
    AugmentAI is designed as a facilitation layer on top of trusted enterprise AI platforms. The practices described in this section implement the AugmentAI Responsibility Model by aligning our AI usage, watermarking, consent requirements, and conduct rules with a framework for safe and accountable AI use. While we do not continuously monitor user activity, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action (including disabling shared content links, removing content, suspending accounts, or cooperating with lawful requests) when credible complaints are received or when required by applicable law or platform obligations.
